We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in original condition with tags attached. Items must be returned in their original packaging.

How do I initiate a return?

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, exchanges are available for different sizes or styles. Contact us to arrange an exchange. The original item must be unworn and in its original condition.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for inspection and processing. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Yes, our lab-grown diamonds are 100% real diamonds. They have the same physical, chemical, and optical properties as mined diamonds.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Clean your jewelry regularly with mild soap and warm water. Store pieces separately to prevent scratching. Avoid exposing jewelry to harsh chemicals or extreme temperatures.

Do you offer repairs?

Yes, we offer complimentary cleaning and inspection, plus repairs at a nominal cost. Our lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects.
