How to Return
Request a Return
Contact our customer service team or log into your account to initiate a return request.
Prepare Your Package
Place the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include your return authorization.
Ship Your Return
Use the prepaid shipping label provided. Drop off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be returned in original packaging
Non-Returnable Items

- Items marked as final sale
- Items showing signs of wear or damage
- Items without original packaging
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different size or style. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the new item has a different price, we will charge or refund the difference accordingly.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing after we receive your return. Credit card refunds may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear on your statement.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
